18 Egg, cheese, sausage casserole - 1 casserole feeds 9
18 French Toast Casserole - 1 casserole feeds 9
Fruit - seasonal
12 Oatmeal - Irish
3 loaves Breakfast Breads - such as banana nut, blueberry, cinnamon - OPTIONAL
24 Biscuits
100 Coffee
15 Tea
1 box Hot Chocolate
1 gal Milk
1 box each Brown SugarPowered Sugar

Egg, Cheese and Sausage Casserole
9 eggs 4 oz cheese 1 package of pork sausage - cooked
¼ cup of milk 4 slices of white bread Salt and pepper to taste
¼ tsp of dry mustard
Procedure: Mix ingredients together and pour into 9”x13” baking dish. Bake at 350° until firm and skewer comes out clean.

French Toast Casserole
8 slices white bread (torn into bite-sized pieces) 1 cup of milk
6 eggs ½ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon ½ cup chopped pecans (optional)
¼ cup margarine or butter
Procedure: Grease a 9”x13” pan. Place pieces of torn bread on bottom. In a blender, blend eggs and milk on medium for 1 minute. Pour egg mixture over bread. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, preheat oven to 350°. Mix together brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Sprinkle over the egg-soaked bread. Dot with margarine. Bake 35 minutes. Cut into squares and serve warm with syrup.
